How To Be Hygienic

1. Shower daily

This is a very effective way to get rid of all dirt, germs, and sweat that our body may have accumulated throughout the day and prevent infectious disease. In addition to daily showering helps us feel, look, and smell best on the whole day. Use loofah, sponge, and hand towel to scrub body and removing dead skin cells. If you don't like washing your hair daily then use a shower cap. If you don't have time for a shower then use a wet hand towel to rinse your face, underarms, and genitals at the and of the day.

2. Brush your teeth every morning and evening

Regular tooth brushing and flossing help prevent gum disease, which linked other illnesses elsewhere in our body parts like heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. However, it's important to brush teeth after eating sweet or acidic food that causes erosion of tooth. carry your toothpaste and brush on traveling. Additionally, we have to change our toothbrush every 3 months.

3. Wear deodorant

For smelling great and fresh, an important personal hygiene tip is to use natural deodorant. In order to control sweat, we can use antiperspirant(a substance that is applied to the skin, especially under the arms, to prevent or reduce perspiration) as well. To reduce potential health risks associated with conventional deodorant, use aluminum-free, and natural spray. If you are a sweaty person then use pocket perfume or roll on.

4. Use face cleanser

Remember your face skin is more vulnerable than your other part of the body. You can either use face cleanser in the shower or wash your face separately at the sink. Avoid using hot water at this because it makes your skin irritated and flaky. If you have dry skin then use a high alcoholic cleanser, as this will further dry out your skin and if you have very sensitive skin then use a product that contains less harsh chemicals. If you wear makeup then use make remover cleanser.

5. Wash your hands

The most important ways to avoid getting sick and spreading germs to others. Wash your hands after using the restroom; before, during, and after preparing food. before eating food, before; after caring for an ill person, blowing your nose, coughing, sneezing, handling animals. For these use hand soaps, hand washes and washing your hand on both sides and in between fingers. It's effective of you to wash hands 20secs long. If you don't have time or you are at work or school where these kinds aren't available then use hand sanitizer which contains enough alcohol and use it without water.
Apart from above these 5 most important ways, there are many other ways too like,
  • Wash your clothes after wearing them.
  • Trim your hair every 4-6 weeks.
  • clip your fingernails and toenails twice in a week.
  • clean the surface in your home regularly.
  • Don't use razors, towels or makeup, and other personal hygiene things.
  • keep up with doctor's visits.
  • If you are a woman change your pads regularly, change them at least once every 4-6 hours to reduce the likelihood of getting TSS(toxic shock syndrome), If you have a plan for sleeping more than 8 hours then use an overnight pad instead of a tampon while you sleep.

1. Set reminders - If you can't remember to do things easily then set up reminders like for shower, wash your hair, clip your nails, and brush your teeth. The queue will push you to the activities, and over time you will begin to do by your self.

2. Use signs - Hang the reminder in there restroom to wash your hands after use of the toilet. Also, you can put little sign by plates or bowls into the kitchen to cue yourself to wash your hands before eating. These signs can help jog your memory and improve your habits.
