7. Bittersweet Chocolate
This chocolate is also known as Dark chocolate in Europe. Typically it is chocolate liquor with considering very less amount of sugar and more cocoa butter. It uses in a place of Semi-Sweet chocolate in the bakery. It's also beneficial for the body.

8. Unsweetened Chocolate
Unsweetened chocolate is made from very major content of cocoa with no sugar. This chocolate is used as a powder to make cake and cookies. 9. Gianduja Chocolate
